PAUL KOHLER
Paul joined the Tolman Group in 2019. Before that, he served as a federal prosecutor for nearly 20 years, during which time he worked all kinds of cases from DUIs to complex antitrust matters. Shortly before joining the Tolman Group, Paul was appointed to be a half-time federal magistrate judge in the District of Utah and continues to sit on the bench. At the Tolman Group, Paul focuses on criminal defense, government investigations, and corporate compliance.
