BRETT L. TOLMAN
Founder/Attorney

Brett is the founder of The Tolman Group and is dedicated to State and Federal policy and advocacy. Mr. Tolman was previously at the firm of Ray Quinney and Nebeker as a shareholder and Chair of the firms White Collar, Corporate Compliance and Government Investigations division.

ARTHUR RIZER
Attorney

Arthur Rizer is a Policy and Lobbying Attorney for the Tolman Group, Arthur is also an adjunct professor of law at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School.

JELAIRE TOLMAN
Executive Office Administrator

Jelaire joined The Tolman Group in 2019 as our Office Administrator. She has been the owner of 3 businesses since 2005. Prior to and while running her businesses she worked in the medical field up until 2011. She is excited to be a part of our growing team and we are glad to have her.

Policy Advisor & Legal Analyst

Katie joined the Tolman Group after spending nearly a decade in Washington, D.C. working on the Senate Judiciary Committee and as a policy advisor at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Washington, DC location. Katie works on State and Federal policy matters, and assists with complex litigation.
